She took over the Enablement role after a failed rollout of the function, with trust in enablement at an all-time-low and a lack of alignment and buy in from the entire senior and executive leadership team. 

In a period of about 6 weeks, Enablement became the only thing people wanted to talk about, frequently cited for it’s high impact, recognition across the company and completely alignment in lock step across leadership.
